Our Advisory Board

Our Team
Leah Barron, MAT, RYT 200, is a passionate advocate for inclusion and accessibility in festivals and education. At the heart of our organization is a dynamic and dedicated team led by Leah, our founder and visionary. Leah brings a wealth of experience and passion to the table, guiding our mission to create more inclusive and accessible events for everyone. But Leah's vision is brought to life through the collective efforts of our talented team, comprising experts in event planning, accessibility consulting, and inclusive program development. Together, we work tirelessly to ensure every project we undertake is informed, inclusive, and innovative.
Company History
All Inclusive Productions was founded in 2018 by Leah Barron and Amy Pinder, two educators who met and connected over a shared idea of creating sensory-friendly events, designed to include autistic people of all ages. Their first project, Inclusion Festival, began the same year, a multi-day sensory-friendly music and wellness experience, designed to include and accommodate all people.
